‘Optimizing your Value Chain’, the third session at the upcoming Sri Lanka Retailers Forum 2021 will aim to understand the Omni channel experience in meeting consumer demands and recognize the key pain points. The session will focus on the future role of the physical store and how online strategy will be developed. Based on this, it will be important to learn what the implications for supply chains would be and how businesses can adopt their existing strategies. The session will also cover the aspect of sustainability in all areas of the supply chain, dissect the key lessons from the pandemic in terms of the value chain and how firms can do better in addressing these gaps.
The expert presenters lined up to reveal these insights during session three are Mr. Xin Huang, Partner – McKinsey & Company and Mr. Martin Schoeman, CEO – SPAR, Sri Lanka.
